Friendly hosts, delicious food, fantastic buildings. Convenient location, 10min walk from Victoria line + buses. Huge and comfortable bed, small but sufficient room. Windows not soundproof, bring earplugs. a great experience, will stay again!

This hotel is a hidden gem in a sweet neighborhood, conveniently located near two tube stations that can easily take you to all the major stops in the city. We were able to walk to many of the famous London sights, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet residential area, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, and the basic amenities in our room on the ground floor were more than satisfactory. The highlight of each morning was the delicious full English breakfast, complete with free-range eggs.
Everything was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to two tube stations that can take you anywhere in the city. It is close to the center of the city and right next to all the major attractions. The rooms are well-kept, bright, and comfortable, with a lovely warm atmosphere. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service and a generous breakfast each morning.
The WiFi at times can be inconsistent, possibly due to a large group clogging it with too many devices.

The location of 69Thegrove was perfect for exploring Westminster with easy access to public transport. The owner was cute and friendly, even waiting for our late arrival. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean and cosy, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful stay in the heart of the city.
